| Initiation Fee | $800 | One time fee collected at any change of ownership of a reservation property and paid by the buyer on or before the day of closing |
| Annual Maintenance | $415 | Annual fee to all members which pays for all costs to maintain and insure Seneca Lake Club property |
| Annual Dam Assessment | Tiered | $500 – 1st Tier Properties (Lake Front)
$400 – 2nd Tier Properties (Tomahawk Trail, Seneca Lake Road, Mountain Heights, Reynolds Terrace) $300 – 3rd Tier Properties (Seneca Lake Terrace, Seneca Lake Trail, North White Birch, South White Birch, Stanhope Road) |
| Boat Storage Fee | $20 | Annual rental fee for each boat stored on the Seneca Lake Club boat racks |
| Pavilion Party Reservation | $150 Deposit | For homeowners (members) in good standing. Be advised that there are no Lifeguard’s on duty. Swimming is at your own risk |
- Maintenance fees pay for the cost to maintain Seneca Lake Club property
- Dam assessment pays the SBA loan on the dam
- Dues (Maintenance Fees and Dam Assessment) are due by October 31st.
- A late fee will be assessed each year on all open balances past due
