| Initiation Fee | $800 | One time fee collected at any change of ownership of a reservation property and paid by the buyer on or before the day of closing |
| Dues | $575 | Annual fee to all members which pays for all costs to operate and maintain Seneca Lake Club and to fully fund capital reserves |
| Boat Storage Fee | $20 | Annual rental fee for each boat stored on the Seneca Lake Club boat racks |
| Pavilion Party Reservation | $150 Deposit | For homeowners (members) in good standing. Be advised that there are no Lifeguard’s on duty. Swimming is at your own risk |
- Dues payment must be made no later than October 31st.
- A late fee will be assessed each year on all open balances past due
