Boat Registration
All boats stored on the beach boat racks must be registered with The Seneca Lake Club and are required to pay an annual fee $20.00 per boat. All boats need to be identified by your house number and street abbreviation (e.g. 103 Seneca Lake Road would be 103SLR).
Boats not registered will be removed at the owner’s expense. Please complete this form and send payment to Seneca Lake Club, P.O. Box 505, Sparta NJ
Fishing and Watercraft/Boating Rules
Fishing
- Seneca Lake is a catch and release lake. All fish caught must be released back into the lake and unharmed
- Fishing is prohibited within the roped off areas of the beach
- Ice Fishing is prohibited at all times
Boats/Watercraft
- Gas powered watercraft/boats are prohibited
- All watercraft/boats must be registered and marked for identification
- Watercraft/Boats are to be launched only from the left side of the dock
- Watercraft/boats may not be docked on the beach
- Personal flotation devices are required for each boater
